The first step into finding small joys in the ordinary is to be grateful for the little things around us.

It’s amazing to realize that every breath we take is free. It’s a wonderful blessing that you can read this.

Appreciate life even if it’s not perfect. No matter what life brings you, find the courage to be grateful regardless. 

  1. Start romanticizing your life

Fall in love with your life, unconditionally, and it will love you back. Wake up every day, with the awareness that you are the main character in your own story and you can decide how you want to see life.

Incorporate at least one of your favorite thing into your daily life. Even if it's a bad day, at least there’s one thing that will make you happy!
